There is a proud, pioneering spirit throughout our Palouse community.
It is expressed at the Palouse Heart Center through our mission of providing excellent clinical and service quality for those with heart disease and related cardiovascular conditions. The Palouse Heart Center is led by David Jones, MD, FACC
, and conveniently located within the Pullman Regional Hospital complex.
Dr. Jones is a board-certified cardiologist, bringing his expertise to our community in 2017. As a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, his professional designation represents extensive training and practice in cardiovascular medicine.
In order to receive the designation as a cardiologist and Fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC) Dr. Jones completed ten years of clinical and educational preparation and underwent a rigorous two-day exam given by the American Board of Internal Medicine. This exam tested not only his knowledge and judgment, but also his ability to provide superior cardiovascular care.
If you or your general physician are concerned about your heart health, it is recommended you seek a board-certified cardiologist. There are several symptoms
that signal you may have a significant heart or related condition. These symptoms may be different among men or women and can include things like shortness of breath, chest pains, or dizzy spells.
Our mission is to ensure you have easy access to expert health care-and to increase understanding of that care which exists right here, close to home. Our dedication to learning and innovation is meant to improve care, lower costs and foster your better health. We are not only your partners in seeking your best health, we are also your friends and neighbors. This is our sustaining pledge to the Palouse community.
